  Close to the highway, not many sites..mostly all over night campers. Services worked well, didn't see the washroom. I didn't like how you have to rent a fire pit and picnic tables were not at every site...is that an upgrade?

  Very nice place to stop off for the night. Clean and homey showers, nice lay of the land and even when the place is busy it still feels relaxing. The owners are great too. Would stay again.

  If traveling through I would stay again for the easy convience for an overnight stay, but nothing in the local area would keep me for any longer. Thanks.

  The river is quite pretty, with nice rapids and it's shallow enough to walk in. The dogs enjoyed it. Sites were large enough and grassy. Some are pull through, some are 2 service and 3 service. Washrooms were clean. Didn't look at showers.

  Not a bad campground, but the owners were so unfriendly! They are on a campsite themselves, so the signs direct you to check in at their site. We pulled up to the site, but no one came out, so we pulled ahead so as to not block the narrow road (someone was behind us waiting). The owners would not stop bitching at us about pulling ahead of their makeshift stop sign. It was unreal. Their manner was so abrupt that we considered leaving. But as we were just staying overnight we elected to stay.

  When we arrived the campground was 1/4 full, by night fall I think every site was booked with overnighters.

  We just drove in without reserving or even calling ahead. If you are an experienced traveller/camper and have a sense of preparedness you will have no problem staying at this campground. Super clean toilets. I loved everything about this campground. We laughed and joked around with the hosts. They are extremely helpful. When we came in there was an rv lined up behind us. In order to keep out of the way, we simply pulled in next to the hosts' campsite instead of rudely continuing forward (which is kind of an obvious thing to do, so the other person who is complaining about the hosts being rude about the fact that they entered their private property without permission is being irrational. )
